About Us
A Thoughtful and Individualised Approach to Recovery
Recovery Path WA was established with a clear purpose: to provide high-quality psychosocial recovery coaching that genuinely supports individuals in their recovery journey.
We recognise that many people living with psychosocial disability have experienced complex challenges that cannot be addressed through generic or transactional services. Recovery requires time, trust, understanding, and the right kind of support.
Our approach is grounded in experience across mental health and complex community services. This background enables us to work confidently alongside individuals on their recovery journey
Our focus is not simply on service delivery. Our focus is on helping individuals create meaningful and sustainable progress in their lives.
Our Approach
We believe that effective support begins with understanding the individual behind the service.
Many people living with psychosocial disability have experienced complex life circumstances that require thoughtful and respectful support. Our approach recognises the importance of safety, trust, and collaboration in building meaningful recovery outcomes.
Our practice is guided by four core principles:
Person-centred practice
Every individual has their own goals, values, and recovery journey. We ensure that the people we support remain at the centre of all decisions and planning.
Strength based perspective
We focus on identifying and building upon each individual’s strengths, capabilities, and aspirations.
Trauma-informed support
We recognise the impact that past experiences can have on wellbeing. Our work prioritises safety, respect, and empowerment.
Long-term recovery focus
Our goal is to support individuals to develop the skills, confidence, and networks needed to maintain long-term recovery and independence.
